The LOX12 is available with a certified aerosol extinguishing system as an optional extension. The system is activated upon detection of smoke or a dangerous temperature rise and quickly suppresses the fire within the compartment. This keeps any potential fire manageable and limits fire spread to adjacent compartments or the environment as much as possible.

Which batteries is the LOX12 suitable for?

The LOX12 is designed for charging and storing lithium-ion batteries from e-bikes, e-scooters, and similar devices. Each compartment provides space for a battery including a charger. The cabinet is not intended for large industrial battery packs or traction batteries from forklifts.

How does the locking mechanism of the LOX12 work?

Each of the 12 compartments is equipped with an individual combination lock. Users set a personal code to lock their compartment. This way, each user can safely leave their battery while charging, without others having access to it.

Can the LOX12 be connected to an existing fire alarm?
