The LOXXER Transport box is a UN-certified steel box for the transport and storage of all types of lithium-ion batteries and cells in accordance with ADR 4.1.4.1. Available in 600 and 800 liters.
The Transport box is certified according to ADR 4.1.4.1 for the transport of lithium-ion batteries intended for disposal or recycling. This ensures compliance with packaging regulations for hazardous goods.
For new lithium-ion batteries being transported within the sales chain, the Transport box provides a certified packaging solution in accordance with ADR packaging instructions.
The Transport box is suitable for the transport of prototypes and small series of lithium-ion batteries up to 100 pieces, intended for testing purposes.
In addition to transport, the Transport box can be used for the temporary storage of lithium-ion batteries at logistical locations, thanks to its robust hot-dip galvanized construction and fork lift system.

The Transport Box can be moved with a forklift or a crane. The lid is equipped with springs that lighten the opening, and the container is fitted with a handle.
The Transportbox is available in two volumes. The 600-liter version measures 1200 × 1000 × 1060 mm and weighs 200 kg. The 800-liter version measures 1200 × 1000 × 1252 mm and weighs 225 kg.
Yes. The Transport Box is certified as a steel box type 4A in accordance with chapter 6.1 of the ADR agreement, in accordance with DIN 30741 part I. The container is UN certified and does not require recertification during its lifetime.
