Damaged lithium-ion batteries, those that are incorrectly charged, or those that have reached the end of their lifespan can cause thermal runaway: a self-reinforcing heating process that leads to extreme temperatures and is nearly impossible to extinguish with conventional means. In a distribution center where multiple devices are charging simultaneously and unattended, early detection is essential. The LOXXER products detect smoke development and temperature rise and immediately raise an alarm, even when no staff is present.
Yes. The Outdoor Locker is specifically designed for outdoor placement and is available in configurations of 4 to 16 compartments. The housing is made of galvanized steel with UV-resistant powder coating and rain-resistant ventilation openings. An integrated rain roof provides extra protection. The locker is prepared for anchoring and is equipped with 2 sockets of 16A per compartment. Optionally, a certified aerosol extinguishing system with detection and activation system is available.
