The ASP container for lithium-ion batteries (Li-Ion) is suitable for the transport and storage of all types of lithium-ion batteries and cells as specified in 4.1.4.1 ADR (Packaging Instructions).
 

The thermally galvanized container for lithium-ion batteries (Li-Ion) is certified as a steel box (4A) in accordance with Chapter 6.1 of the ADR agreement. The container does not require recertification during its lifespan.
 

For lithium batteries, the packaging is certified according to 4.1.4.1 ADR for:
• Lithium batteries transported for disposal or recycling,
• New lithium batteries produced in small series (up to 100 pieces) or prototypes transported for testing,
• Other lithium batteries (e.g., new lithium batteries transported within the sales chain).
