Main functionalities:
Smoke detection and aerosol suppression system
The cabinet is equipped with 1 smoke detector which immediately activates the aerosol extinguishing system upon smoke detection. The aerosol cools and controls the battery during thermal runaway to prevent fire spread.
Doors and locks
2 self-closing doors with door contacts. These detect if a door remains open for more than 5 minutes. The doors are equipped with multipoint locking and key lock.
Rapid intervention
Flashing light with siren
The cabinet is equipped with an audiovisual alarm that alerts you in case of smoke detection.
Pressure relief valve
At the top of the cabinet, there is a pressure relief valve with a flame arrester mesh. In case of sudden temperature rise and pressure build-up, the pressure relief valve will automatically open to reduce the pressure to normal atmospheric levels.
Shelf grid
4 adjustable shelf grids to adjust the distance between shelves. The shelves have a mesh structure and a maximum load capacity of 70kg.
Power distribution boxes
Each shelf grid has a power distribution box on the back wall with 8 outlets for charging Lithium-ion batteries, with a maximum current of 16A per outlet.
Support feet
The cabinet is equipped with adjustable support feet and can be moved with a pallet jack from all 4 sides, ensuring quick relocation in case of incidents.
Ventilation
The LOXK2000 ADVANCED is equipped with forced ventilation to maintain battery heat buildup within acceptable limits.
